AngraNOW creates scheduled, zone-based runs and offers them through the platform. Priority can influence who receives an offer first, but no run offer creates an obligation before acceptance.
You choose whether to accept
Each run is an opportunity. Independent delivery partners are free to accept or decline run offers. There is no requirement to accept a minimum number of runs and no exclusivity.
Accepted runs must be completed professionally
Once a run is accepted, completion and communication standards apply to that accepted service. If an issue arises, the partner uses the problem reporting feature so AngraNOW can react in real time.

Service fees are structured per accepted and completed run. AngraNOW may set a minimum service fee by zone and service conditions, with settlement handled through the platform.
Customer delivery fees are collected by AngraNOW and used in the settlement model, but they are not individual fees owed directly to the delivery partner.
Partners remain responsible for their own taxes, invoices or receipts as required by law, and any VAT obligations that may apply to their services.
